Simple, fresh, local and handcrafted.  ARC is the perfect West Coast Setting to enjoy urban artisan food created by Restaurant Executive Chef Anthony Marzo.  Sample Chef's seasonal tasting menus or try a little bit of everything with our ARC Boards designed for sharing.  Our sensational bar has an amazing selection of local craft beers, world-class wines and garden-to-glass cocktails mixed to perfection. Live music nightly. Life is complicated. Good food shouldn’t be.

While almost everything on our menu uses locally sourced produce, here are a few that stand out:

ARC Boards - Our tasting board celebrates local farmers and fresh sustainable food. Our chefs prepare a grand platter featuring a daily assortment of local meats and Ocean Wise seafood complimented by a selection of sauces and seasonal vegetables

BC Bison Braised Shortrib - shaved and puréed celeriac, Tokyo turnip, wilted greens, red wine jus

Roasted Rossdown Farm Chicken - smoked black barley, roasted shallot, parsnip purée, roasted squash, hazelnut, jus

BC Mushroom Risotto - squash, king oyster mushroom, black garlic, focaccia crisp, watercress

Wild Pacific Salmon - carrot and mascarpone risotto, bacon gremolata, pea shoots, horseradish, crème fraiche
