Breakwater Tasting Room below the Cafe & Bistro is a local focused, farm to table small plate menu. We feature entirely local produce, proteins, beer, cider and wine.
Down in the Tasting Room we believe supporting sustainable local food systems, our menu and drink list is entirely local focused with the addition of a range of Pacific North West foraged ingredients, relationships with our farmers and artisans are important to us, we exist with support from Blue Roots Farm, Dan's Farm, Michell's Bros Farm, Island Bison Ranch, Two Rivers Meats, Little Qualicum Cheeseworks, Four Quarters, and more.
We get our items locally whenever possible and let the seasons dictate our menu. Thank you to all our farmers, craft-people, ranchers and foragers.
